"When I opened the box the lovely scents from the enclosed soaps filled the air. Bliss! The soaps are so mild and the bubbles super soft on the skin. The sweet orange hand cream quickly sorted out my winter dry, cracked hands and my feet have never been so silky soft thanks to the foot balm. The lovely muslin cloth is a great product and dries so quickly making it very useful on trips away. The simple chic soap dish is great too. The shampoo bar left my hair feeling clean and silky, just wonderful! What a joy!"

Our Plastic and Palm Oil Free Starter Box is perfect for those looking to reduce their plastic and palm oil consumption and are moving towards a more sustainable lifestyle. This glorious box is not only eco-friendly but luxurious too. It contains everything we think you'll need to kick-off your new eco-friendly way of living.

All the products in this box are handmade in small, low energy consumption and low wastage batches, in our Yorkshire workshop using ingredients sourced from UK based suppliers.

We only use ingredients which can be found in nature and everything is free from the  harmful effects of parabens, detergents, sulphates and SLS. We add no water to our extra long-lasting products, nor do we use any artificial colourings. Our gentle fragrances are all lovingly created from steam distilled flowers., fruits and plants. Great for your skin, hair, the environment and your pocket too.

At Cosy Cottage we do not test anything on animals and we do not commission third parties to do so on our behalf. We have plenty of willing friends and family members who are more than happy to test our products themselves and we work closely with medical professionals,  a cosmetics safety consultant and microbiology lab. to ensure everything is absolutely safe to use.  

This beautiful collection of products, including products for skin, face, hair and body is presented in an exclusive Cosy Cottage gift box, designed by one of our local artist partners. These attractive boxes are frequently re-used by our customers and all our packaging is either fully recyclable cardboard or plant derived, including our clear bags and bubble wrap, which will compost within a year.

If you wish, our gift boxes may be sent directly to your chosen recipient. We offer a gift wrapping service at checkout and you have the option to create your own personalised message and select a greetings card for a reasonable additional charge if you wish.
